I TOTALLY AGREE! I have ranted about this every time we go to a bridge tournament, which is pretty much the reason i am staying in hotels. Why is it not the standard norm to offer free wireless internet access? There are a few chains that do offer this as policy (Best Western comes to mind, not the nicest place but if i have a choice i stay there b/c of the internet!), but it seems that most of the time there’s either a fee or you have to go to the lobby. So lame!

Oooh, this place looks great! When I (ever) get to Oregon, I’ll definitely go. In the meantime, I must plug the US Air Force Museum (er, National Museum of the US Air Force–whatever they’re calling it now) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH. I’ve grown up going there and they have a stellar collection of planes, including a replica of the Wright Flyer (more Dayton love! Yay Wright Bros!) and all the retired Air Force Ones, which you can walk through. Definitely worth seeing for the aviation enthusiast!

See, all that crap makes sense in a rental car. If you get in an accident and you were hurt, maybe you’ll sue the rental car company.

The worst thing about the buckle detectors, for me, is that they go off if I have (e.g.) a backpack full of books on the passenger seat. It’s really annoying. No, Car, my textbooks are *not* a precious precious baby, so stop beeping at me.

The gummy bear picture is great though!

oops! If you see my other post I double posted by accident. In any case thanks for the info. I’ve tried to get my mind around this for a few days but haven’t had any luck ……. until your post. Now if I can figure out how not to delete my other post I’ll fill better. I’m definately a computer dufus haha
